When looking for interesting investment opportunities, you may encounter different possibilities. If you want to build a passive income, the investment needs to meet specific requirements. One of these opportunities could be Cannergrow. Here I would like to share my Cannergrow experience with you.

How serious is Cannergrow? First experiences

Cannergrow Warning

Though I am very fond with the company and its opportunity to build another income stream, I must raise a warning to the Cannergrow. When harvested, you must know if you want to cash it out or send it home.

The investment is CBD plants. The THC plants are probably coming in 2022 since we are still waiting for them to be legal in Switzerland. Depending on which country you live in, you should think very carefully if you want to send it to your home.

These are drugs, and they are not allowed in most countries. Therefore, at this point, this is the warning.

The company itself states the following:

Cannabis with up to 0.2% is legal. After you request delivery for your harvested CBD in the EU, we have to extract THC from your flowers. Smoking is not recommended. Although, you can use it for future productions like creams, oils, soap, or other products.

Cannergrow – Fake or Legit?

Before we continue with the Cannergrow experience, I wanted to answer the question of whether Cannergrow is fake. Clear answer: no, it is not. At least, I have not been able to find or detect anything in this regard yet. As I said, the company makes a reasonable impression.

It is solidly positioned and cannabis is a strong seller in many countries right now. Since you do not necessarily have to follow the approach of network marketing or multi-level marketing, it can be considered an investment. With it, you can build up a passive income.

In order to be able to generate a passive income, you must of course invest something accordingly. But we will come to this in the course of this Cannergrow experience report.

Cannerald Experience. Just a snowball and fake?

The company is based in Switzerland. Cannerald is a Swiss cannabis research and production company. More specifically, the headquarter is in Fraubrunnen, Switzerland. Cannerald is among the one percent, of the world’s top providers of the promising cannabis market.

Cannerald offers an online store where you can order different CBD oils, sprays, or even vaporizers. Basically, Cannergrow and Cannerald are the same company.

Another thing, in the Cannerald store, you get a 50% discount if you buy with your crop yields. With that, you can buy CBD oils, sprays, creams, etc.

Cannerald Ltd. is the name of the company. Cannergrow is the brand under which the investment in cannabis and thus passive income building is possible.

Buy Cannergrow Plant

If you want to buy a Cannergrow plant, you must first register for free. Once you have done this, you will be directed to the member’s area where you can browse around. In the backend, you can buy a Cannergrow plant.

You can see all the prices, costs, and additional costs listed, so you know what to expect.

In addition, you see the projections regarding the yield, pessimistic, realistic, and optimistic. With the THC plant, even more, yield should be possible later since you can’t buy this plant, there’s no value for this yet.

Cannergrow Prices for a Cannabis Plant

The prices for a Cannabis plant are clearly defined. You can buy 1, 5, 10, 50, or 100 packets of Cannabis plants. The prices are then extrapolated accordingly. By this, it means there is NO discount.

In the end, you can buy as many plants as you want and NOT stick to these packages. In the backend, you can see the Cannergrow prices. One cannabis plant costs 2,498.64 including 7,7% tax.

Since the bank fees are now gone, it doesn’t matter if you pay by bank transfer, bitcoin, or on-site, you can thus buy a cheap Cannabis plant.

The Investment – Investing in Cannabis

When you invest, the plant will be planted for you. You can watch it grow up via video. Of course, it takes time for the Cannabis plant to grow and produce a harvest.

It is a one-time investment, but for life. This means you can buy a Cannergrow plant, and it will be yours for life. There is no term and no other costs for which you have to pay separately or put away.

The Costs

If you have invested in Cannabis, there are no further costs for you nor pay anything. However, the costs incurred for the operation of the plants, the care, etc., will be deducted from the harvest

According to the backend, the current amount is 35 euros per plant. It means that if you receive a harvest of 200 euros, 35 euros will be deducted for the Cannergrow costs. Then the yield is divided between you and the company, 50/50.

Profit from Cannabis Investment

Of course, when you make an investment and buy a Cannergrow plant, you would want to make a profit and build a passive income. You can set up a passive income very well, even in just two ways:

1. Generate passive income with Cannergrow plants as an investment.
2. Generate passive income by building up distribution partners.

Depending on how active you want to be, you have to invest little or a lot of time. With pure investment, you don’t have to invest time because everything is automated.

Just sell and pay out the income, so your Cannergrow will start its profit.

Cannabis Harvest – Cannergrow Yield and Returns

The yield depends on various factors. Among other things are the type of plant, fertilizer, water, light, care, and much more.

Pessimistic: < 45 grams

Nevertheless, the yield, that’s in the harvest on

Realistic: 45 – 70 grams
Optimistic: >70 – 75 grams

as estimated. The sale per gram of CBD and THC are as follows:

1.45 – 1.95 Euro = B2B price
1.45 – 2.35 Euro = mixed, B2B and B2C price
2.40 – 2.90 Euro = GMP target price for medical CBD
2.60 – 3.60 Euro = GMP target price for medical THC
3.00 – 5.00 Euro = B2C price

Prices, of course, fluctuate depending on the supply and demand.

Update: GMP license and THC legalization in Switzerland is almost doubled the yield! See above listing. This should probably be ready in the 1st quarter of 2022. For this reason, the price per plant will increase significantly.

This means that if 60 grams of the harvest and a price of about 2.60, the yield result of 60 * 2.60 = 156 euros. From this, 35 euros will be deducted, thus 121 euros of gross profit remain.

These 121 euros are now divided by two. This results in 60.50 euros profit per party. The harvest takes place 4 to 5 times a year. This means, per year approx. 60,50 * 4 = 242 euros is generated as a profit.

The return on a purchase price of 1600 Euro is therefore: 242 * 100 / 1600 = 15,125 %. Thus, it is a solid investment and more attractive than most financial products. Shares usually have a return of about 3 – 5% if you take the dividend as a basis.

You can pay it out either via bank transfer or in the cryptocurrency Bitcoin. In that case, you can profit twice. If Bitcoin rises, you earn even more because your Bitcoins are worth more.

Paying out your earnings – The Payout

When your Cannabis investment has yielded its first harvest, you will see a corresponding amount of money in your account. Then you can start cashing out your earnings

You can have the earnings transferred to your bank account via bank transfer or have it paid out in Bitcoin. That is, it’s the same way as deposit and investment.

Choose between bank transfer (1% fee) or bitcoin (no fee). So if you invest in cryptocurrencies, payout in bitcoin is more interesting.

Especially when Bitcoin, is at its low level, you can buy it cheap and sell it later at a higher price. This way you make the profit is twice. The situation is different when the Bitcoin price is high.

Taxes Topic

Taxes are always a popular topic. Since I am not a tax consultant, I’m not allowed to give advice. Therefore, the knowledge comes from my experience and research.

If you have received your income from your Cannabis investment and it paid out, you will have to pay tax on this as profit. Since it is not a capital investment, you will not have to pay capital gain tax, final withholding tax, soli, and church tax.

Relatively, the income will be taxed at your tax rate since it is a profit that you receive.

What does a plant cost?

You can find the prices for a plant at the Backend if you have registered for free. Nevertheless, I want to tell you right here what a Cannabis plant costs. It is 1599,34 Euro.

So one Cannergrow plant costs 1599,34 Euro. You can pay via bank transfer, on-site, or cryptocurrency (Bitcoin). Payment by cryptocurrency is exciting, especially if you own some.

Cannergrow Alternatives

When investing in cannabis, there are some Cannergrow alternatives. However, I have relatively little information on this, and the transparency is lacking. So to list more Cannergrow alternatives, I will do some research.

When I have collected my experiences to the further Cannergrow alternatives, I will update this section so you won’t miss anything.

At this point, it has been said that there are currently not so many serious alternatives. Today, I know of 2 – 3. One of them is from Germany, and the plantation is located in Portugal.

Here is the promised update on Cannergrow alternatives. Here you can find Juicyfields among others. Here you can read my Juicyfields experience. It is exciting because the supplier currently has THC plants on offer.

However, the plants are only limited to a certain period, which is, unfortunately, a bit of a shame. Thus, in the long run, to several years (from 10+) Cannergrow is probably the better option.

Especially because THC plants should also be available in the first or second quarter of 2022, and the latest is you can “upgrade” for free of charge, as far as I know.

Affiliate Marketing / Building Distributors – The Cannergrow Compensation Plan

Since I already explained that you can also make the Cannabis investment as a kind of network marketing, there is also a compensation plan. It is offered as affiliate marketing, and you can use it to build a passive income.

You can earn up to 20% on over 7 levels online. So you can be rewarded accordingly for your efforts. Through this multi-level marketing approach, you can build a team.

You can earn from each affiliate and their sales. The percentage gets lower in the lower levels, but it is completely passive. So you can generate passive income in two ways.

One is through the investment in the Cannabis plants, and the other is through your partners. In the 1st level, you earn the most. In level 1 you should place your best and strongest partners if you know them.

If you want to build a passive income and make money online, you might be able to do it with Cannerald and the Cannabis plant, as well as team building. However, for team building, you have to do direct marketing.

That means you go directly to different people and sell investment opportunities. You can do that in different ways.

Cannabis will have a higher profile in the future. You can profit from it early with Cannerald. The company is now very well known and is achieving good results.
